Account Executive

Large Format Print Production
​
Well established, high quality environmental company is seeking self-motivated, full time sign/graphic design and production team member. Proficiency with current design software and RIP platforms needed.

Experience in a sign, graphics or large format print work environment is preferred but similar experience may substitute for it.

Dye sublimation print experience is a massive plus!!!
Strong typography, color theory and layout skills are needed. We love Font Junkies who know the difference between Arial and Helvetica.
Ability to accept art direction and creative input is important. Skills to work in a fast paced environment with good multi-tasking skills are needed. Interacting with and assisting clients is an integral part of the job. File organization skills and general computer proficiency are expected. Some basic hand tool knowledge and willingness to learn are essential to be considered for the position.

Lead Supervision and Client Asset Manager
We are looking for a detail oriented trade show lead supervisor to join our team. This person must be client focused and able to work well individually and as part of a team. Problem solving is a must… think MacGyver for the event world. No matter how well the plan occasionally something happens thats needs a level headed approach to solve.
The ability to work efficiently to meet project standard and deadlines is a must. The position will require time in our facility as well as on-site activities in venues in various cities throughout the US.
Onsite Activities:
install and dismantle both small and large modular and custom exhibits and props at convention centers and venues throughout the US.
Must be an organized team player and display teamwork and professionalism.
Oversee installation and dismantle crews onsite at convention centers throughout the country.
Use internal computer systems to receive and complete tasks and communicate with coworkers.
Proficiency in general construction and event construction techniques. Experience with trade show exhibit components preferred.
Assemble components of exhibits based on set up diagrams
Dismantle exhibit properties, assists in packing trade show crates, and handles packing manifests. Package components for transportation to avoid damage in transit.
Organized in paperwork, photographing exhibits after install, and efficiently communicating with Managing Director or Project Manager of company on status of all projects
Must communicate effectively with client upon arrival to the event.
Warehouse Activities:
Assists in inventory reviews, counting parts, and reconciling with company inventory lists.
Responsible for checking in and moving materials back into the warehouse after they are returned from a trade show. Inspect and count freight being returned from trade shows.
Repairs minor parts damage upon return of trade show freight or advises staff of irreparable damage.
QC Inspection, pickup/delivery, housekeeping.
Assists in receiving returned crates from shows, returning contents back to shelves and storage, and takes note of any damage
Studies blue prints and packs parts according to the Bill of Materials on the blue print. Maintains quality control checks on every event pack list.

Exhibit Fabricators
Hatch Exhibits is seeking additional skilled cabinet makers to join our team of craftsmen fabricating a wide range of 3D marketing environments. From trade show and retail environments to restaurants and special events.
Qualified applicants will have strong woodworking skills while working quickly and efficiently to meet the high quality our customers and teams demand. Working in groups, assignments are received in writing with detailed drawings. Work is performed under the direction and guidance of the Team Leader and is reviewed through on-going coordination and progress tracking.
This individual must possess a minimum of 5 years in a shop environment using typical power equipment and tools and methods. Three or more years of current experience as a journeyman level cabinet maker and/or exhibit fabricator. Expertise in the following areas is a plus: metal fabrication, acrylic fabrication, solid surface fabrication, field experience including installations.
Minimum Skills Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to efficiently and accurately shape and assemble components into exhibits from information contained in the shop drawings as well as personal experience.
Ability to interpret and work from sketches and detailed drawings.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships as well as communicate and coordinate effectively with the Team Leader and other shop craftsmen.
