The Challenge

Fed Resources manages about 3-4 Tier 1 shows and about 35 Tier 2 shows annually, and at one time did it all using a single 10x10 booth. Hatch knew there had to be a better way.
Ensuring the booth is easy to assemble and take down for smaller shows was also a priority.
The Solution

In addition to a new 10x10 in-line, Hatch created a solution where Fed Resources could create a 10x20 in-line with the addition of a modular exhibit piece, which could also be used as a second booth 10x10 in-line when the company has to be present at two different shows at the same time.
To help keep the cost of smaller Trade Shows low, Hatch made sure the 10x10 in-line configuration would be easy to assemble and takedown by the Fed Resources sales team, avoiding additional installation and break-down costs.
Lastly, the booths are managed by our Online Inventory Management system and stored within our warehouse space. This frees up on-site storage space, gives online control of asset management, and takes the chore of exhibit shipping off the hands of our clients.
