The Challenge

Under Armour called on Hatch to custom fabricate 10 separate displays throughout their Brand House in Baltimore, as well as a Leadup Hall with sequential Runway Lighting and vestibule tunnel. A red path ran along floors and wound up walls, leading visitors throughout the experience. A final display complete with tear-pads of printed brand assets were part of the plan, so UA team members could pull copies of posters directly off the wall for their own office spaces.

 

Brand colors had to match across all materials used for the build, which requires a keen eye and a deep understanding of color and light. Fabrication and installation were also both under a strict and short timeline.

The Solution

With designs in hand, Hatch quickly got to work. Utilizing in-house printing and fabrication, they were able to create all of the displays and print both large-scale wall images and poster-sized tear-pads onsite, eliminating the chance of a 3rd party delay or error. The Runway Lighting system was custom built and programmed to give the desired timed illumination.

 

Hatch Exhibits was on location for four days, throughout the nights and into early mornings making sure the install went smoothly and efficiently.
